QUALIFICATION PURPOSE

The purpose of this qualification is to prepare individuals with the skills, knowledge, and attitudes required to manage and supervise salon operations effectively, maintain service quality, ensure client satisfaction, handle staff, manage inventory, maintain financial records, implement hygiene and safety standards, and support the overall business growth of a salon.

To equip learners with competencies to plan, coordinate, and manage day-to-day salon operations.
